When I came to replace a troublesome boiler and upgrade my system I was delighted to find that Ken now worked for himself so I contacted him. My job was somewhat complex replacing two boilers with one and combining two separate systems one serving the main house and the other the annex. Ken devised a system and installed it at what I considered reasonable cost. He always turned up when he said he would and completed the work in the timescale he set.
